Refund Policy

1. Try everything before you pay

IQon is built so that payment is the last step, not the first. You can generate ten logo concepts, regenerate them, refine them, preview stationery layouts and preview an enhanced image without paying anything. Numerology blueprints and correction results are shown on screen before checkout. Because you see the actual output before payment, we ask you to review it carefully at that stage.

2. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered

Once payment succeeds, your files are unlocked and downloadable immediately. As these are digital assets that cannot be returned, completed orders are generally non-refundable — including logo packages, high-resolution and transparent exports, numerology PDF reports, name and mobile-number correction reports, stationery files and enhanced images.

3. When we do refund

We will refund you in full in these situations:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same order.
• Payment captured, nothing delivered: the amount was debited but your downloads never unlocked and we cannot fix it.
• Corrupt or unusable files: the delivered file cannot be opened or is not the concept you selected, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
• Concierge order not started: for a 'we design it for you' order, you cancel before our team has begun work.

4. Concierge (Design it for me) orders

Concierge orders are custom work delivered on WhatsApp with five options to choose from, normally within one working day. Cancel before work begins and you receive a full refund. Once the options have been sent, the order is treated as delivered; we will keep revising within the agreed scope instead of refunding.

5. What is not covered

Refunds are not available for a change of mind after download, for choosing a style or tier you later did not want, for expectations about numerology outcomes (our numerology services are an interpretive branding methodology, not a guarantee of financial, professional, medical or other results), or for a design already downloaded, printed or published.

6. How to request a refund

Write to rbgcorporation@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9689115669 within 7 days of payment with your registered email, the order amount and the payment reference. We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
