1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to create your brand assets, deliver your files and support your order:

• Account details: your name, email address and password credentials, managed through our authentication provider.
• Project details: business name, tagline, industry, audience notes, style choices and any brief you type into a wizard.
• Numerology inputs: date of birth, name spelling or mobile number, used only to calculate the Chaldean values shown in your blueprint or report.
• Stationery and concierge details: contact number, email, website, business address and GSTIN, because these are printed on visiting cards, letterheads and bill books.
• Uploads: logo files or images you upload for stationery layouts or the image enhancer.
• Payment records: order amount, status and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked and referral source, used in aggregate to understand which services people need.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to generate designs and reports, render your business name as typography, produce print-ready files, process payments, deliver downloads, notify you about your order over email or WhatsApp, provide support, and improve the quality of our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your details for unrelated advertising lists.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum data required with the providers that run IQon: our cloud database and storage provider (accounts, projects, orders, generated files), our AI generation provider (the text brief for your design; we do not send your payment details), Razorpay (payment processing), and Meta Pixel and our own analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. Each provider processes data only to perform its function for us.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and Meta Pixel to measure which pages and offers lead to orders. You can block cookies or tracking scripts in your browser; sign-in and downloads require the session cookie to work.

5. Storage, security and retention

Project files are stored in private buckets and served through short-lived signed links, so your designs are not publicly browsable. Access to your projects requires your own login. We retain your account, projects and order history for as long as your account exists, because you may want to re-download purchased files. Ask us and we will delete your account and its projects.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account and projects, or withdraw consent for marketing messages. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

IQon is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. Continuing to use IQon after a change means you accept the updated policy.
